Should Technology Be Used To Serve The Greatest Number Of People Possible?
There are so many questions about technology, some have answers, others have opinions. I, for one, have an opinion about a question that will never really be answered. In this essay, you will read about my thoughts on the question: Should technology be used to serve the greatest number of people possible? Or should technology be used to serve the people who created it? Obviously, this paper was written using technology, and since I’m in highschool, you could easily assume which side I will be on. There are many benefits to technology being used by everyone. I believe that the use of technology should be used by everyone thats able to access it because it promotes learning. Technology makes learning fun and easy. Technology helps people around the world communicate with each other, which helps with learning new cultures, ideas, etc. With the craziness happening nowadays, technology keeps us informed with the news happening around the world. This could be things as simple as the weather updates we get sent directly to our phones that determine what we are going to wear first thing in the morning without going to get the newspaper, …show more content…
The normal everyday people like me and you would somehow end up causing an uproar and there will be a war on technology, much like there is today on drugs. It will be a situation of genius people creating and black marketing technology, this will mean we will have to invest billions of dollars trying to stop something that will never be stopped.
