In the two years of its operation, Silliman University’s Online Enrollment System has been a big help in lessening the burden of the students by saving time and money. It showed its potential in providing students the convenience of enrolling at Silliman University in just a click in the comforts of their home with the use of the latest technology than travelling for many hours especially those not residing within the area of Dumaguete City where Silliman University is located.
While the university’s Online Enrollment System offers many advantages, it is inevitable not to consider the disadvantages that go with it. The impact of the online enrollment system connotes a negative effect due to its delayed updates such as delay in approving online enrollment requests, updating grades and payments made through bank.
