Six-Hours Research Paper

In my opinion, six-hour work days shouldn't become standard in the United States. The shorter shifts,like six-hour days, will also mean you will need a lot of employees working for you so that all shifts would be covered. I have never agreed with the short work days because it's not what you call a full day of work. I also believe that it wouldn't be good for the employees as far as with their health and sickness. When you six-hour days, that is also making yourself lose two hour wages each day. It also interferes with health care coverages that full-time workers are eligiable to receive every month.
