Six Thinking Hat
Plan: -

The plan is to be established on the basis of to improve the overall experience of the students, and to improve this situation; we might be considering re-designing the pod space for IT

Six hat thinking model has been used in order to make the plan more effective and in efficient manner.
Taking this model in to consideration we can work upon to develop a plan.

Initial step

White Hat thinking:- it is been used to introduce the facts, figures and information available. Below mentioned is the information derived.

1. Capital to introduced:- Pound 50000.
2. People in business are 43 (approx.)
3. 11 computers in the premises.
4. Not sufficient infrastructure.
5. Computer machines not working appropriately.

Black Hat thinking:- problems faced and discovered mentioned below.

1. Budget may not be enough to support the plan.
2. Expected date of completion may be too closer.
3. Less infrastructure and computers machines, due to which the over all experience of the student can not be raised.
4. No spacious class-room due to which its hard to keep the environment in favorable condition.

Green Hat thinking : - during the meeting we all members were coming up with may ideas which likely took the turn to BRAIN STORMING, each of the member provided so many possible solutions and below described are the main solutions.

1. To introduce the more computer systems so that at least most of the students can have access on the computer to increase their knowledge and work effectively and efficiently.

Yellow Hat thinking : - value and benefits derived are as followed.
Students will have an access to computers most of the times.
Will help them to increase their practical knowledge.
Comfortable design pod will be helpful student to understand the practical approaches.

Blue hat thinking : - all plans should be focused In best possible way and they should not be out of the plans mentioned.
