Humans need a certain amount of sleep to heal themselves for the next day. This also proves that even if someone does receive enough sleep at night, taking a short nap may affect them positively as well. Secondly, it also states in the article that “even a 26-minute nap boosted a pilot's mental performance by 34%.” Seeing that such a short nap had such great benefits on someone, shows how easily you can maximize your energy.
