I personally believe that good grades have always been the more effective attribute to have when it comes to life changing decisions. Ex: School choice, job preferences.
Firstly, though I am a student with strong social skills, I know realistically that the most probable way for you to become successful in life is to have good grades. When applying for a college/university of your preference, universities don’t usually interview the student they are going to accept into their school but more so, judge the student by the results of what they have gotten in their final years of high school.
Furthermore, most well paying jobs require certain prerequisites to enter a particular field, Such as having a degree related to the job, increases chances of being hired than a person that has limited knowledge to sustain and fit into that type of environment. In interviews, people have to be a energetic to appeal the employer for 15 minutes to get the job they want, not hard to do and if you’re grades are higher than the average they want. This makes the choice easier for them to make. Having an above average salary gives you the chance to live more comfortable than worrying whether or not you would be able to pay your next bill; would you rather live a secure lifestyle or fall victim to debt like the millions of people still struggling to survive under hard and stressful circumstances?
Lastly, some students/employees become more comfortable with their environment and the people who make it, thus causing them being able to converse basics such as “How are you?” or “Hey, John could you explain/help me with this?”. It is much easier for them to speak with the people around them because they are all around the same intellect. This wouldn’t make them as sociable as the “office joker”, but it would help them in other situations with creating conversations with other people not just in their workplace/school. Therefore, in
