There is no doubt that an insomnia become an era disease about 60% of the world’s population have it. I remembered two years ago when I went to bed every day to sleep, but I could not slept. The insomnia as the psychiatrists defined it is a sleep disorder that is characterized by difficultly falling or staying asleep. However, this is not mean there is no treatment for disease, but there are several achievable solution to insomnia including avoid caffeine and alcohol, regular exercise and avoid thinking about.
According to experts, one solution is to avoiding caffeine and alcohol late in the day. Caffeine and alcohol are substance that can make you awake and active. In addition, some studies say that drink a caffeine more than two cups per day can caused you problem with your heart. Of course, if you stop taking caffeine abruptly, you may have symptoms for a day or more. Especially, if you consume two or more cups of coffee a day, such as headache, fatigue and depressed mood. No doubt, caffeine withdrawal can make for a few bad days. As for alcohol can cause waking in the night and interferes with sleep quality.
Another solution is to try to exercise everyday regardless of what you do walking, running or yoga. Research has confirmed that any amount of exercise, at any age, is beneficial. And according to study published in the journal stroke found it that being active reduces your risk of having dying from stroke. For me I walk an hour every day when I was at Saudi Arabia, but now I have not walked since I arrived here maybe because the trouble weather. Even so, I encourage you to walk at least half hour daily to reduce stress or work pressures. As they said “when you want to give up, just think of all people that would love to see you fail”.
Avoid thinking about things is another solution to beat insomnia. Worrying about future will not help you to sleep try to make a to-do list before you go to bed. This may
