At this critical interface, it is the responsibility of the coordinator to facilitate positive relationships centered around inclusivity. Researchers at the University of Colorado, Dorothy Garrison-Wade, Donna Sobel, and Connie Fulmer (2007), have identified one of the most important challenges in education is to create and nurture inclusive environments that support learning for all students. The published findings state that, “The degree to which students can be well educated is directly correlated to a system of personnel preparation that results in a qualified workforce so that every student has highly skilled and competent teachers and administrators.” I plan to pave this road through the example of being a lifelong learner and continued personal
