“Four score and seven years ago…” that is the start of Abraham Lincoln’s most famous speech “The Gettysburg Address.” Abe Lincoln was a benevolent man and he did marvelous things for our country as a whole. He was the 16th president of the United States. He also freed the slaves, and ended the Civil War. At the end of his term he was assassinated, but I’m sure you already know all this, so let’s talk about some stuff you might not know about Abraham Lincoln. Abe Lincoln did many things than win the war and free slaves. Here are a few examples of what he did. One thing he did was fight in a small war with indians.
