Primary Title Most think that racism is an issue of the past, when in fact racism is a very present issue. Many times racism is unintentional, in Brad Paisley 's Accidental Racist (2013), Paisley is acknowledging that racism still exists. He sings about how simple things can be mistaken as racism from an outsiders perspective. To prove that racism is a two way street that affects both whites and blacks, LL Cool J is featured rapping on the struggles of the “other side”. These flags were proudly flown in states that participated in slavery. Today these flags still hold that representation to some.
