Staff Pharmacist Interview Essay

This past week I had an interview project over my profession where we the student go find somebody that is what we’re aspiring to be. When we find them we contact them and ask them 10 questions about their job. I’m trying to become a pharmacist so I went out an found a pharmacist that matched my future job. The pharmacist I found is Rhonda Danage she is a Staff Pharmacist at BriovaRx Infusion Services. It’s a part of United Health Group. Another one of the Questions was tell me of a time you received an unexpected feedback and how you handled it? She responded while working at Walgreens my supervisor said I needed to make sure to finish a greater percentage the prescriptions by the expected time. So I worked with my technicians to make sure we were all following the outlined workflow and we accomplished filling the scripts in the allocated time. Adversity had come and she had found a way to overcome it to be able to fulfill the needs. I also asked. What advice would you give someone considering your profession? She told me make sure you love people interaction. Our job is to help people get well, stay well and be their best health wise. You must talk to them and sometimes ask deeper questions to get the right answers. Don’t do it for the paycheck only. Do it to make a positive difference in our society. With these few Questions it just give you a outlook of a light brief description of the challenges and what comes with being a staff pharmacist. Everyday these pharmacists have to find the most appropriate way to solve the problems patients. There is often more than one way to treat every disease, but every treatment isn’t appropriate for every patient. Medicine is not one size fits all. Pharmacists make a difference every day in patient’s lives. Without them they would often get the wrong medications at the wrong doses and possibly at the wrong the time that could lead to bad outcomes and they don’t want that. With being a pharmacist they go through many obstacles you just have to find a way to be successful in the end. With any job things are going to happen and you also got your roles and responsibilities you have to take care of. With whatever someone chooses to do they should do it at their fullest potential and never look back always stay focused and
