Star Wars: Eywa The Great Goddess
The Great Goddess symbolizes maternity, the fertility of the earth, and femininity on general. The Great Goddess the mother of life, and represents all living things. The function of the Great Goddess is source of life, death, and rebirth. She can take the form of a snake which represents cycle of life or symbolizes the moon and how the moon goes through cycles like a woman. I do think that Eywa is the Great goddess, because she represents everything on Pandora. Eywa is like the force in Star Wars, Eywa is the giver of life and she is in everyone and everything living thing.
Eywa is the Great Goddess and on Pandora she is life. The Na’vi believe that Eywa keeps the ecosystem in perfect equilibrium. That all living things on Pandora are connected

According to Greek mythology, Athena sprang from the head of Zeus, fully grown and wearing battle attire. Athena is always portrayed with her armor and helmet, carrying her shield and lance. Athena is also a gifted craftsman; she created the bridle to tame horses, along with many other crafts and useful objects. Her favorite bird is the owl, which is the symbol of wisdom, watchfulness and the hunt. Athena made all of her followers live a life of purity, and she created a big impact on Greece’s history. Whoever greats the best symbol to represent the city would become patron god or goddess. Poseidon, god of the sea, produced a freshwater spring for the Acropolis. Athena chose to present an olive tree, one of her many symbols. Because olive trees are deemed very useful, Athena became crowned patron goddess of Athens, and she has been ever since.…

The two main deities of Wicca are the Triple Moon Goddess and the Horned God. The God and Goddess together represent gender equality, which is a major focus of Wiccan beliefs. Most Wiccans believe in these two main deities, but the set of beliefs depends on the practitioner. Some are mono-theistic: they see the God and Goddess together as one, each representing male and female aspects of one supreme deity. A Wiccan may also be duo-theistic, where they see the God and…

It was a world of mystery, but mystery of which her great, adoring, simple Titan held the golden key. When she saw the coffer which never was opened, what then more natural than that she should ask Epimethus what it contained? But the contents were known only to the gods. Epimethus was unable to answer. Day by day, the curiosity of Pandora increased. To her the gods had never given anything but good. Surely there must be here gifts more precious still. What if the Olympians had destined her to be the one to open the casket, and had sent her to earth in order that she might bestow on this dear world, on the men who lived on it, [Pg 7] and on her own magnificent Titan, happiness and blessings which only the minds of gods could have conceived? Thus did there come a day when Pandora, unconscious instrument in the hands of a vengeful Olympian, in all faith, and with the courage that is born of faith and of love, opened the lid of the prison-house of evil. And as from coffers in the old Egyptian tombs, the live plague can still rush forth and slay, the long-imprisoned evils rushed forth upon the fair earth and on the human beings who lived on it—malignant, ruthless, fierce, treacherous, and cruel—poisoning, slaying, devouring. Plague and pestilence and murder, envy and malice and revenge and all viciousness—an ugly wolf-pack indeed was that one let loose by…
