Statement of Purpose
I firmly believe that inquisitive and explorative attitude leads to constant learning process. I look at this study as a way to refine my knowledge and skills in my area of interest. I believe, also, that this study is a path to the direction of my goal.
Right from my high school days, I had a strong inclination to become an Electrical Engineer with keen interest on computers. My interest for this course has grown for successive years that I think not only a degree will quench my thirst for seeking knowledge in the area. I have also come to terms that there is an enormous proportion of subject to be assimilated, therefore, I wish to take up an advanced course for my career in Computer Systems Management. These, coupled with the background of my well-educated father have made my choice of higher studies all the more obvious.
No one in the modern world today is untouched by the effects of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Computer Systems. Its omnipresence and its ever-changing face is what fascinate most of us if not all. Thus, it was only natural for me to get interested in Computer. I have gained profound knowledge as well as valuable experience in my university. The excellent teaching and learning atmosphere strengthened my resolve to enter the world of academics and research. The tough routine has taught me that hard work and patience is the key for doing good academic and research work.
Your university was highly recommended by a friend, and family for its excellent faculty and learning experience. I believe that essence of university education has in synergetic relationship between student and his department. I feel that graduate study at your university will be the most logical extension of my objectives.
