(1) Coordinators or Team Leaders - to initiate the program and communicate with different organizations and public health officials in order to give details and encourage participation. They will also coordinate with the law makers and head of private organizations and schools to ban smoking, health warnings on tobacco products and taxation of smoke.
(2) Self –help materials - manual, booklet and online materials that will encourage the participants to stop smoking. These include true stories of successful tobacco cessation to inspire the participants.

Strengths and Weakness
This model is effective in implementation of health strategies. On the other hand, there are also advantages and disadvantages in using this model with the application of six concepts. The table below will list down the identified strengths and weakness of Health belief model in relation with the tobacco cessation program.

iv. Application of the Model
This model emphasizes that smoking is initiated by the behavioral perception of an individual regarding the susceptibility to the illness caused by smoking, view of tobacco as a problem, effectiveness and cost of tobacco, barriers in successful smoking cessation and behavioral change in tobacco usage (Sheeran & Abraham, 2005). This model can imply smoking cessation through describing the risk of smoking and benefits of quitting, helping the participant choose the strategy in overcoming the perceived barriers of smoking cessation, strengthening self-improvement by guiding the participants in quitting and providing indications to activate the readiness of the person to change (Carpenter, 2010).
