There is so much present violence and kidnapping within rural communities, it is essential to have adequate supervision for each participant. In addition to the weakness of having a scarcity of workers in this specific community center, workers are just hard to maintain. Accumulating or adapting qualified workers for this rural environment is tough due to the impoverished area.
