Everyday I felt like someone is going to kill me or my family. As I grew older I’ve taken that stress with me, and I would apply it to everything I do. I might not notice how it is affecting me, but I feel like everytime I come across something challenging or new; I set myself up for failure. All these negative thoughts of how my work isn’t good enough in order for me to be stable, comes often. Living in a new country trying to balance two languages is very hard. Stress made me want to memorize everything I come across, and not understand it . That’s why I cannot remember what I’ve learned in the past so it made things very difficult for me. Trying to know that you are currently experiencing stress is when the situation you are living in causes you to have fear, anxiety, forgetfulness, indecisiveness, panic, etc.. All these emotions that are caused by the outside world cause stress. There are two categories that stress falls into, the first one is Acute and the second is Chronic.
