By studying Organisational Behaviour I will gain knowledge on how to become a more effective manager as identified through studies most pressing problems that manager’s face are the people problems which involving the employees of the organization such as bosses poor communication etc. Studying Organisational behavior will help managers to improve “interpersonal skills”, this will attract and help to keep high performing employees to particular organisations. The level of knowledge currently on human behavior in organisations comes from the experences that I have had at work places. What I understand is that lot of managers and bosses poor communication leads to employee dis-satisfaction.
Yes, some bosses do give really little appreciation for the work their employees do. When people tend to give less appreciation or no appreciation at all the employees will not want to work efficiently as well as honestly. Bosses who know this little secret will achieve greater heights, and will have happy and loyal employees. 2. Where Do You Want to Work? What makes good organizations and what makes bad organizations. Create two lists (good and bad) and outline your reasons.
