That was the part of the story where Booth had shot and killed the president. Throughout the whole book their are people who support Booth, hate Booth, and are neutral about Booth. Right after Booth had shot the president and jumped down from the president's box, some of the crowd didn’t do anything, and the other half yelled at him. Only one person was successful at just chasing Booth. Most of the people throughout the book hate Booth because most of the book took place in the North. There was only one part that was Booth vs Nature. It was Booth's most successful hiding place. Booth had broken his leg from the fall from the president's box. This hiding spot let booth rest, but Booth had to sleep on the damp ground which is not pleasant. Throughout the book Booth is just super selfish. He even wrote a letter about his whole group of assassins where if he got caught, then they would also be caught. He thinks of himself as a god while everyone else are just
