Who Was Responsible For Abraham Lincoln's Assassination

Many men were involved in murdering Abraham Lincoln, and trying to kill the Secretary Of State along with the Vice President. John Wilkes Booth did not assassination Abraham all alone. Eight others acted with John Wilkes Booth. The eight people were John Surratt, Mary Surratt, David Herold, George Atzerodt, Dr. Samuel Mudd, Samuel Arnold, Michael O'Laughlen, Edmund Spangler and John Booth. They were trying to kidnap Abraham all along then after Abraham speech they tried to assassinate Abraham, the Secretary Of State, and the Vice President Several men planned the assassination (Levins). People say that they just wanted to kill Abraham off the start. The citizens knew there was going to be an attack on Abe and the citizens warned him, but he went regardless.
