Companies we are talking to:
The entitlement applications for Metro Storage at 2623 Lincoln Hwy have been approved. Building permits are under Review
Building permits are under review for the new Ryder Truck facility on Tyler Road.
Fool’s Errand Brewing – I have had preliminary discussions with Chris Sumner owner of Mama Lee’s Popcorn. He wants to open a second location in downtown St. Charles.
Alex Drayer – I continue to work with Alex Drayer to find a suitable location or his micro-brewery business. He is now considering a space on 4th street in an old industrial building.
Inland – We have had preliminary conversations with Inland to development the lot south of the Jewel grocery store on the east side of the City.
