The first reason why I think that sharing can help solve poverty is that the statistic was “Every year, the world spends $800 billion on the military, $400 billion on cigarettes, $160 billion on beer, and $40 billion playing golf. It would only cost an extra $7 billion a year to put every child in school by the year 2010, giving them hope for a better life. This is less money than Americans spend on cosmetics in one year” this means we have soo much money, yet we are spending stuff like cigarettes, beer, and playing golf. It only takes $7 billion a year to put every child in school by the year 2010 and the total cost of just cigarettes, beer, and playing golf goes to $600 billion dollars. Is it really worth it to a child, giving them hope for a better life? Furthermore, I say believing in yourself as gifted can make a difference, as shown in the essay “A young person involved in cancer research”. Several times during the program this young man, who was twenty years old, told the host that he was “gifted,” as indicated by a test he had taken in third grade.” Without us being gifted, there won’t be anything like this today like Craig, he was gifted and made a charity. The people who are sent into space are gifted for what they endure, the builders of the spacecraft are gifted for what they create to send people into space, and so
