Being a leader means taking on many responsibilities such as, establishing a clear vision, sharing that vision with others so that they will follow willingly, provide the information, knowledge and methods to realize that vision and coordinating and balancing the conflicting interests of all members and stakeholders (Business Dictionary, 2017). It is clear, that many individuals have the tendency to start from the outside of the circle and make our way in which in turn leaves the individual with little to no results.
