I have read “ The Bass, The River, and Shelia Mant” by W.D.Wetherell. This story is about a boy that is in love with this girl and she hates fishing. In this journal I will be questioning and connecting.

He loved Sheila because he would watch her everyday when she tanning. He likes her because she beautiful. He hardly knows who she is. He took her to the fair in a canoe and he was the only one paddling. He cut the line on the biggest bass of his life just for her. Once they got to the fair they hangout and then she goes home with a dude in a corvette. He regrets going to he fair when she goes home with someone else. He cuts the line on the biggest bass in his life for a girl that he does not care about any more. There are more girls in the world that just one, that probably that like to fish. I have also loved someone that that went home with someone else. Her name is BBQ. We did everything together. We did homework together when I was sick or she was we were doing homework together. We both love to fish and go mudding. I took her to the Benton County Fair this year. She found some of her friends so, we hung out with them for a while. I went to got some popcorn and then she left with her friends. I regret it because now she is dating my friend. So I see her often at my friend’s house now. It’s really weird because she used to do the same thing to me that she is doing to him. The narrator and I have both had crushes and both regret ever going on a date with
