Summary Of The Movie Bamboozled

There were many different topics that I learned from the African American History class, some were from the book whereas some were from in class lecture. The good thing about it, is that I learned quite a lot that I didn’t know about, but the certain ones that caught my attention was five of the topics which is about discrimination dealing with police brutality which leads to today society, the movie Bamboozled using satire, the history of slavery dealing with Harriett Tubman also known as the gangster, Malcolm X and Martin Luther King Jr the activists. To begin with discrimination dealing with police brutality, in this society African Americans are mental and physical abuse by just being black or may say “African Americans”, no matter what, the black person will get accused, going way back into slavery, today society
But what was the outcome the seventeen year old was killed with no weapon on him. Then we have Mike Brown, Eric Garner and so on. With that being said, this is extremely hapless, but we cannot change the hands of time. Another topic that was of interest to me was one of our blog post was to watch the movie Bamboozled “a satire a literary work which human vice or folly is ridiculed or attacked scornfully”. While watching Bamboozled the word “nigger” seems to be the talk of the show by the way its use so much. The part about the CP Time, I really didn’t know what that was, which is colored people time, meaning that Negros are always late, that Negros have no sense of time, time except when it comes to music or dance, which is true.
