First of all the sample size is very small. Two hundred and forty children is not a reliable amount. The findings could easily just be a coincidence. There should be a group in almost every state for these findings to be taken more seriously. All the participants are in the Western United States, which is not spread out enough to be at all meaningful. Also the experiment is conducted by asking kids, and their parents questions on a survey. It is easy to lie in this situation for parents, because they do not want their child to be looked down upon, so they could have lied about their behavior. Obviously, the kids questionnaires are not reliable either, because they are little kids. They are not aware of themselves so they can not accurately answer questions about themselves on a deep emotional level.
