If the children are all playing well together then good role modelling will come in and help as they will be able to look at each other effectively and show good communication and behaviour between them. By listening to each other and respecting each other in the different people that they are will also encourage good behaviour to the children. Having different rules indoors and outdoors will also help the children to know what they can and can’t do.

Whilst working with children we all have to be aware of the children’s attitudes and behaviour whilst with them. This is to stop any violence, discrimination, abuse and so on, by keeping an eye on the child’s behaviour could help us to find out what is setting the child of on the negative side. It is extremely important to encourage the children that it is good that they are individual and unique. This is because they need to know that not everybody is the same even though we are all human we are not alike in every way.
Every child should be helped to develop the understandment of been an individual person and been different from everyone else, e.g. skin colour, size, shape and so on.

Using rules will help the children because they will be able to learn right from wrong in many situations like
