The terms and conditions of and employment is a statement and instructions of what my employer expects of me and other staff and it’s also a job description. My employer expects me and other staff to read and always follow policies and procedures in the work place. I also must attend all training that is provided for me and any updates that need doing. I have to attend all of my supervisions and any observations that are required of me, this is so I can make sure that I am doing my job correctly and I am up to standards. My contract tells me that I will have a 3 month probation period to monitor my performance. It tells me my job tittle that I’m a care assistant and my job description of what they expect of me. In my contract it explains about absence of work and what I should do if I do phone in sick. I’m entitled to holidays and I get 246 hours a year. It explains to me about confidentiality and company property, termination of employment and lay off, normal retirement date, and disciplinary and grievance procedures

Company’s name: so we know which company the pay slip is from.
Employee’s name: who’s pay slip it belongs to.
Tax code: So we can check if we are on the right tax code to see if we are being paid correctly.
Date: We need a date on the payslip to k now which pay month it was from.
Payment period: so we know if we get paid monthly or weekly.
Holiday: How much we have been paid for holidays (annual leave).
National Insurance: See how much national insurance we are paying.
Tax: so we know how much tax we are paying.
How much we got paid for the working period.
