Hope your day is going well Hannah. I am contacting you regarding about our conversation we had the other day about the benefits and risks of teleworking. Let me first start off with your first initial question, what is teleworking. Teleworking enables a person to use their telephones, computers, and other communication devices to help them keep in contact with customers and colleagues. Furthermore, teleworking allows an employee to work from home while keeping in touch with the workplace to ensure communication is maintained between the two parties.
