INTRODUCTION
This study aims to know the effects and the different ingredients found in various soft drinks. Soft drinks contain various components like sugar, caffeine, preservatives, colorings, and flavorings, wherein these components produce side effects and lessen the human condition, which have alternative ways to be prevented and cured.
Soft drink becomes so much part of modern living especially in major cities around the world. It particularly appeals to the younger generation and to the adults as well, who drink “soft drinks” in replace of water. This drink also gives a refreshing feeling and seems to quench thirst on a blistering hot day. Despite of its refreshing feeling, it also gives harmful effects in the health of everyone because of the present ingredients.
The researchers found this topic a very important issue that needs to be answered. Health has been the common issue since then. Various diseases come from the pollution or even because of the weather changes, but there are still some diseases that did not come from the pollution but people blame in the foods and drinks they take. Soft drink is a carcinogenic substance and contains chemicals that may harm or lessen the human condition. With the help of this study, it minimizes the drinking of soft drinks that would greatly benefit the race.
