Thanksgiving Break Narrative
It was the last day before thanksgiving break and a very special event as comping up.
This event was a birthday party and it was for a very meaningful friend. We wanted it to be a surprise for her. It took time and everyone's effort to make this happen and we were very excited. We were also running out time.
Her name is Aelyn and mostly everyone cared about her. She is a very trustworthy person and is nice. She is also very smart, so we had to plan this very carefully. That's when we all jumped out and surprised her. We thought is wasn't going to work, but it did and we were are relieved. The room was loud, messy, smelled like food, the food tasted good, and we were all having fun. We were popping balloons with confetti on each other and just having fun. This kid named Jassiel got a balloon and sat on it. We all started to laugh and he did it one more time. She thanked us all for the party and said she would never forget about it.
It was time to go to our next class, so we had to clean up the room before we left. Then someone said we should take a picture to remember before cleaning up. We did and then started cleaning. Some of us stayed back to clean up. There was confetti all over the place, food on the floor, and pieces of balloons. We got a vacuum to clean up, but it broke and smoke started to come out because of the confetti.
We finished cleaning up when school was almost over. We filled up the trash can and had to put another bag. We put the room back to how it was and we were just relaxing until school was over. It was just an amazing day that I doubt no one would forget. That day will not be forgotten at least not by me.
