Personal Narrative: Brownies
Have you ever stayed at a friend’s house and you both just ate the whole time? Well, one time I stayed at my friend Hannah’s house, we hung out, watched TV, and were on our phones almost the whole time, when it came time for dinner after a while, we at and then had dessert ,which just so happened to be brownies. After we ate, we went across the street to go to Riverside School, when we got outside it smelled fine, when we went got to the school there was the worst stench ever! We walked back out the gate and across the street again, to Hannah’s house. We started watching TV, then YouTube, and almost fell asleep until she threw some brownies at me, we started eating them, then we started laughing so much, to where we couldn’t breath, our faces were red, and yet we were still eating the brownies. …show more content…
After that we watched TV for about an hour, and she started eating more brownie, by then there was like ¼ of the pan left. We both fell asleep, and woke up the next morning finding ourselves going to my house, waiting outside for our ride in a foot of snow. And you’ll never guess what we ate there, and before you say brownies, it wasn’t brownies, it was pizza and wings. After we ate we played Skyrim and Minecraft but it didn’t last that long because Hannah kept jumping off the edge of a cliff or got herself into a fight by hitting the person with either fire or a sword. After a while we went to sleep and woke up in the morning to be on the computer again watching how to make edible putty. So we put dish soap and half a bag of powdered sugar just to make it. We had fun and I would say that was the best sleepover

The Cheesecake Factory, I once believed that the establishment would be a bakery that primarily sold cheesecakes, sweets and such. Although, I’ve never heard much about the restaurant, or what it actually was other than people are familiar with the establishment and only comment on the cheesecakes. Yet, I had not known that that was the place I was dining in, I only believed under presumption of its name that we were going to eat at some other random place when I walked through the doors of the restaurant. Now the reason I say random was the fact that this place was not like how I imagined the praiseworthy Cheesecake Factory to be at all. My expectations of this place was exactly how Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory felt and as colorful as Tim Burton’s remake of Alice in Wonderland was.…

As I walk in through the swinging glass door of my grandparents house, the instant smell of fresh white baked bread hits me. The sweet dough crisped to golden-brown is now in sight. I see it sitting there, on the smooth kitchen table to the left of where I just entered. I know that as soon as I say hello a piece of it will be offered to me. As I continue straight into the open living room I notice my gray-haired grandpa sitting comfortably in his cushioned lazy boy rocker. With every slow rock he makes there is a slight creak that overpowers the sound of the Twins game on their T.V. On the crest of the same rocker lies his favorite dog, Lucy. Her white and black, furry belly expands and compresses at the same rate of the slow rock. My grandma,…

I will never say that I regret going to Waffle House; I do not. It was one of the best times that I have ever had. My friends are so goofy and wild that anytime with them is never boring. I also connected with Leo, which was amazing. We laughed, cried, and talked about everything and nothing. It turned out that we had a lot of things in common; we liked the same music, books, and even paintings. Also, I found out that he was very open-minded and kind; two qualities that are very important to me. The whole night with my friends and him felt movie-like and I will never forget it. I think that it was a good experience to…
