Casualties between militaries and civilians have reached hitherto unprecedented scale. Foundation of nuclear weapon was culminating point of human wars history when the next global military conflict could lead to the end of all mankind. So, is the ‘Age of Wars’ will endure? Will be crossed a boundary after which humanity may have to create its history from beginning? During the last half of the century these questions have become sufficiently widespread themes. Such authors as: F. Fukuyama (1989), J. Goldstein (2011) and S. Pinker (2011) in their works provide both optimistic and pessimistic arguments. Military conflicts accompanied mankind throughout its evolution. Means and methods of warfare have been developed throughout ages. Along with the evolution of warfare human society evolved in to that stage where war is incompatible with the prosperity. The statistical data and facts from past decades show that humanity is moving right direction to end ‘Age of War’. The nature of wars has changed in the way where its impact on people’s lives is decreasing. Expanding democratic society gives a hope that wars will be no longer compatible with the existence of democratic society norms. However, it would be naïve to expect wars will stop soon.
