The Benefits Of Extraversion
I belong to the entertainment industry, and my recent job is to entertain people at various events, perform at festivals, concerts, theaters and other music venues. It requires that I go attend rehearsals, participate in recording sessions, learn new pieces of music to extend my repertoire, compose new songs. At times, I have to deal with administration of business activities like promotion, handle accounts, negotiate fees and plan the distribution of albums(both online and offline). That been said, Extraversion is the personality trait that encompass the most relevant trait for my job.

    Personality and job performances in the workplace are related. Have you heard of the big five factors? The big five factors are supposed to represent the beginning structure when it comes to all personality traits. The big five factors are mostly related with cooperating with other individuals amongst the workplace and about appreciating the workplace environment. The big five factors are: 1) Emotional stability, 2) Extraversion, 3) Openness, 4) Agreeableness, and 5) Conscientiousness. And of these five factors extraversion and conscientiousness are the two factors that determines and are responsible for positive job performances. Some manger could be on the low end of some can be on the high end of it and others are in between. It being a effective manager.
