Introduction
We are the Chinese managers working in a U.S foreign trade company-Foreign-Trade Zone Corporation. Recently, 18 Chinese elites were employed. As cultural conflicts are inevitable sometimes between businessmen from different cultures, cross-cultural training is necessary to increase adjustment.
