Capitalism is the economic system in a society that hires employers to make a profit from the goods and services that will be marketed. Capitalism changes everything in the society. For every productivity there are less people that are needed. It is because of the technology that is developing every year, there are less people that are hired to work. Capitalist is owning the production and making the products become a social production before it was an individual appropriation. Throughout this essay, to begin with historical materialism will be explained and the way that the society produces and exchanges things that lead to social relations and ideas. Following that we will be going into what the fundamental contraction in a capitalism is. Then it will lead us to the two important contradictions that were raised from the fundamental contradiction. To end off the essay I will be stating the ultimate outcome of the historical development of capitalism. It was said that historical materialism refers to the material of production and exchange. Materialist starts at the beginning of the history from the concept of production and along with that the exchange of the products. The way that the society produces and exchanges are things that lead to ideas and social relations.All the causes of social changes and political revolutions are still needed to be looked for. This is within the change of manner of production and exchange not the minds of men. They are needed to be found in the philosophy which is in the economics of the period that is concerned. Having to have the social organization unreasonable and not fair is the reason why there have been some changes.
