The Harms Of Video Games Cause Behavior Problems?
ABSTRACT video games cause behaviour problems, is what most people would like to believe or accept as their version of a truth, But with this argument I shall intuitively dissect my reasons for my opinion on the harms of video games to our behaviour as well as the positive points.

One thing that's eminent in life is change. Good change is what we categorise as progress, the rate at which technology advances makes every other technology based invention progress as well. Video games are no exceptions, facing year in year out progress. With programmers and gaming companies creating games in different fields that could be classified as cynosures with exceptional ardent features in a wide variety of fields ranging from war games to strategic

With entertainment companies and sales representatives selling them all under the word “fun” and ironical slogans like “Games to die for”. Violence is not the only key factor in play, Aggression is also one of them, creating room in children’s minds and behaviour for temperamental feelings of rudeness and aggression. Throwing tantrums wherever and whenever they feel like, warranted or otherwise. They might be not be solely to blame for this, But the video games in this category wield the sword, giving kids short temper as a result of the way they felt while playing such games over and over again. Some games purposely make it hard for players to pass each level, creating frustration for in-depth players when they lose or try to progress to other levels, if not anger. A level of concentration is required in some games, making players engrossed with the game and zoning out from the real world and his or her surrounding, Easily getting frustrated when people try to interact with them while playing the game, solely focused on achieving the proclaimed threshold or winning the game. This results in behavioural problems for people that play the fore mentioned category of games with rudimental tendencies of being short tempered or emotionally unstable. To corrupt the minds of the adolescent and teach them wrong things? Statements like that would only result to a dispute or a gainsay, if I may. Notably there is a clear contradistinction in the advantages of video games, with excellent functions such as dr. Gray(2015 ) “Improved visual contrast sensitivity. Fifty hours of action video game play (spread over ten to twelve weeks) improved visual contrast sensitivity (the ability to distinguish subtle differences in shades of grey) compared to controls” enhancing ones vision and successfully utilised as a treatment for amblyopia (lazy eye). It’s also used to improve attention and vigilance. Green & Bavelier (2012). Amongst others, so it’s safe to say scientifically, video games provide good results/functions for a lot of things but still withstanding its effect on juvenile
