I was constantly questioning the world around me. I remember I asking my father about everything from how a train worked to how an air conditioner worked. I must have made him answer at least a 1000 questions throughout my lifetime. Eventually, I found an interest in human anatomy. I remember my parents buying me books one in particular titled “The Human Body System”. I remember being glued to the pages. Each page captivated me with a new sense of excitement. It fascinated me how humans were made of billions of cells, and how the heart actually had valves and chambers functioning to pump blood throughout the body. My sophomore year of highschool, my family and I moved to Brookfield Wisconsin, and I attended Brookfield Central High School. I decided to enroll in anatomy and physiology. The class was quite intriguing, yet challenging. I remember learning about every major body system, everything from the integumentary system, all the way to the skeletal system. The lively hands on aspect of the course was quite refreshing. We spent a lot of time dissecting things like a sheep's brain, and even a cat. I enjoyed it went by so fast that after 2 terms, I could hardly believe the class was over. After this class, I became inspired to pursue a bio science major in college, and eventually become a
