The Importance Of OSHA Compliance In The Healthcare Industry

While I agree that the hardworking citizens of this country go to work with the intentions of coming home. I do not agree that OSHA should increase their regulations, In fact, I question their origins of authority, and most importantly who they report to. OSHA, “has long been at the center of ideological battles over the power and reach of the federal government (Well, 2003). When an OSHA inspector comes in and cites a company for infringing on one of the many policies they have where does that money go, who does it benefit, and most importantly who regulates the enforcers of the OSHA sector. For all the good that has come from OSHA in compliance in the construction and healthcare industry I have to question their effectiveness
