Abstract:
The International Labor Organization (ILO) primary goal is to insure the improvement of working conditions, standard of living, and the fair and equitable treatment, Employees throughout the European Economic Area (EEA) are protected by European Union (EU) employment law, The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is a federal agency which is responsible for enforcing employer’s compliance with the OSHA Act, or Occupational Safety and Health Act, OSHA strongly recommends employee to resolve safety and health issues first by reporting them to their supervisors, managers, or safety and health committee. Employee can complain to their local OSHA area or Regional Office to setup.

Employer Responsibilities
The International Labor Organization (ILO) primary goal is to insure the improvement of working conditions, standard of living, and the fair and equitable treatment of workers in all countries. The ILO performs its obligations by issuing recommended labor standards, organizing conferences to draft international labor convention, monitoring compliance with its recommendations and conventions, and providing technical assistance to member states.
European Union
Employees throughout the European Economic Area (EEA) are protected by European Union (EU) employment law, and each country will have its own employment regulations (Business Link, n.d). European employment laws cover two particular areas: 1) Working conditions (part time and fixed term work), informing and consulting workers (before collective redundancies).
