The Importance Of School Satisfaction
Theories, ideas, researches, and opinions that are related and important to the level of satisfaction of grade 9 students on the facilities of the school are discussed in this chapter to provide strong support on this research.
According to the Merriam – Webster’s dictionary, satisfaction is “the act of providing what is needed and desired.” Satisfaction is a key component in having surveys especially those that need the reply of the people. It is when you will know that people are contented in a particular subject, place, etc. Students regard facilities more important than reputation when choosing a university(Elmes J., 2015). This means that the students’ satisfaction on a school and their facilities determine if they will choose that school. Satisfaction of people towards important subjects are relevant in considering the quality of it. The more satisfied the person is, the more “high – quality” an object or a building is.

This means safety is essential and a must to our daily needs so that people are away from trouble that would cause injury or loss. Safe facilities are very important to our school to ensure students, teachers, staff, and visitors will be safe from hurt, injury, or loss and will be in an environment that is good for their health. We wouldn’t knowingly send children into structurally unsafe buildings with crumbling roofs or walls that are falling down. (Ford, A., 2016).
