Work is very important nowadays. It helps many people to survive in this world. Since the time when women entered work, they have been paid less than a man for doing the same job. Which was not faire for them but no matter what, they still had to continue their jobs to carry on in their lives. Employees should be happy at work, because at least they got hired for a job.
