The Main Causes Of The American Revolution

There are many main causes of the American Revolution. When I think of the American revolution I think of violence, such as revolts, battles,and many acts that were the effect of those things. Violence is the main role in the American Revolution, Cause and effect are the make up the American revolution.
The Boston tea party was as cause, the tea party was on a december night and some townspeople decided to revolt , they disguised themselves as native americans so the others could not recognize them as they were storming the ship. The revolting townspeople took axes and tomahawks and anything that can break the chests, and boarded the ships to dump the tea into the harbor. the people were surrounded when they were dumping the tea into the harbor by british armed ships but the british did not attempt to resist the townspeople. the townspeople kept dumping the tea until there was none left the people were not allowed to take the tea for themselves. The townspeople used violence and destruction to get a message through to England to be separated from them.
The American revolution had many violent battles, one is the battle of bunker hill on June the 16th american took position in charlestown on the north side of the boston harbor.The American troops were under the orders of Artemas Ward the troops realized when starting the battle with the british that their guns could not shoot to reach boston effectively at bunker hill .
Two and a half long hours they lost ammunition so they threw rocks at the British. To the American troops failure the British drove them out of Bunker Hill giving the British the win and the American troops a heavy loss.The Americans started a battle with the British at Bunker Hill, violence was the best way they thought they could get a message through. The best message from England to Boston was acts that the people had to
follow. The Intolerable acts are the effects of the Boston tea party because the tea party owes England a lot of money , the acts made Boston look bad to the other colonies. One acts is the Boston port act, this act means that boston's ports are closed off so they can't get goods from anywhere else other than england to make they get stuff from England and have them pay back a fraction of what the tea party cost England. The Quartering Act is when troops invade and live in your house and control you and what do on a normal bases.Troops living in your house was a punishment of the boston tea party. Another Act that that was an effect of the boston tea party was The administration of justice act was a punishment to Boston because they started the revolution.The intolerable acts used violence but it was an effect from the battles and the tea party.
