Nowadays, people can’t deny that chocolate has famous and popular food. It has many flavors and types such as dark chocolate, milk chocolate or white chocolate. In free time, consuming desserts help many people relax, feel good and enthusiastic for work or anything else. People love to eat but some people only eat and never realized about something bad of it. They never knew about the negative effect of chocolate has.
People eat chocolate because of it delicious. They never know another side of what they eat before. Chocolate can make people who eat too much get weight gain and heart disease. Whatever you eat or doing something too much, it always has a bad condition to you. All of the chocolates have sugar although it is dark chocolate. It can be dangerous to the body because sugar has not good value if it has too much. It makes people become to weight gain. Both Milk chocolate and dark chocolate has a lot of sugar but hydrogenated oils are in milk chocolate. Caffeine can find in tea, coffee bean or chocolate. White chocolate contains less caffeine than dark chocolate. Both of them consist of theobromine which is similar to caffeine. If people eat chocolate enough, caffeine will not lead to problems on their body. When people get caffeine on their body, they will feel enthusiastic and vigorous. On the other hands, it can become a problem, if you eat type’s foods that consist of large caffeine. According to Medline Plus, caffeine has no nutritional value but lead to atypical indication such as vomiting, insomnia, restlessness, anxiety, depression tremors nausea and rapid heartbeat. Cocoa products have been associated with multiple health benefits, specifically the improvement of factors which impact cardiovascular health (3). These cardiovascular benefits are a result of the high concentrations of flavonoids found in cocoa-containing products (3). Evidence has been reported which suggests that consumption of cocoa notably improves endothelial function, as seen by an increase in flow mediated dilation (FMD) (3). An improvement in endothelial function means that there is less risk for the build-up of fatty plaque in the arteries, known as atherosclerosis. Atherosclerosis is the leading cause of CVD and stroke, therefore consumption of dark chocolate high in flavonoids is beneficial in preventing against CVD.…
