This looks at paternalistic families and egalitarian families. The differences is in paternalistic the father works and is the breadwinner while the mother takes care of the home and children. Egalitarian families have both parents working and share equal power in the home. These two families alter delinquency, paternalistic delinquency is increased in the boys unlike the daughters. However they become similar in the egalitarian families. Feminists have constructed their own assessments of the indifference and the two that are often used is the Liberal Feminist and the Critical Feminist. Liberal Feminists, go at the social differences between their male counterpart which they believe offer fewer opportunities to commit a crime. None the less, this kid is the face of affluenza. Regardless of your upbring, poor, rich, weak, or strong this was a crime that took several lives and injured multiple due to the decisions made. Driving is a privilege not a right in my opinion I believe once you are in a car regardless of age you are an adult. Adult decisions need to be made when behind the wheel.
