Chapter One-
Holden’s parents: nice but touchy as hell
D.B.: Main Characters Brother, Located near where the main character lives, visits them every weekend, wrote a book of short stories titled, “The Secret Goldfish”
Pencey Prep: A school in Agerstown, Pennsylvania, Where the Main character used to go, advertises like crazy
Football Game Between Pencey Prep and Saxon Hall: very important game, last game of the season, students were supposed to commit suicide or something if Pencey lost
Selma Thurmer: headmaster’s daughter, showed up at the football games many times, pretty, had a big nose, nails were bitten down, main character liked her because she wasn’t preppy, she thought her father was a douchebag just like the main character did
