The Ways to Help College Students Maintain Energy Compared with the education of elementary school and high school, the college education is very busy and hard. The college students should allocate their study time by themselves and study different classes throughout the whole day. Most college students cannot keep a balance between study and rest. So having enough sleep, participating proper exercise and eating healthy food can help students maintain energy to keep up with their studies. In order to have enough energy to keep up with study, college students should have enough sleep. Students need to be energetic full of the day because of heavy studies. However, people who lack of sleep will feel tired that cannot pay attention to their classes. According to the article “A Healthy Lifestyle Can Reduce Fatigue, Boost Energy,” Published by Petersburg Times, David Norrie (2007) states that common humans should sleep for about seven to eight hours; otherwise people will suffer from fatigue and become depressed. In fact, exercise can help people release stress and strong physique that is really good for health.
