The relationship between my thinking and my behavior can be compared to seeds and soil. My needs and my emotions seems to be a key component in my behavior. Maybe, I have no memory, I do not think, do not plan, and all produced without feeling emotions. If I'm happy or sad, or scared or something else all the time. There is rarely a moment in my days, when I'm not feeling an emotion. My consciousness has both a cognitive aspect and a feeling aspect. In conclusion, I can only be aware and just me, I can feel, but the brain has control of both consciousness and feelings.

• What is external punishment? What is internal punishment? Which is more effective? Why is it more effective?
Internal- is want the consequences are on the inside like how it effects to you. Self-punishment (the sick feeling, being ashamed).
External- is what punishment happens on the outside. Anything a judge can do to you.
Internal Punishment is more effective because it is both immediate and certain!

License- A license is what gives you the “right” to do what you otherwise could not do- like a driver's license allows you to drive. But a license to steal is really an excuse, a pardon, an entitlement at the time, a perceived right. After stealing for quite sometime, I had honestly came to a point where I didn’t even “need” a license (excuse) anymore.
