In WWII they would not bomb the tracks because they believed food to the camps would arrive by train and by bombing the railways would cause hardship among the prisoners. I can see it when in WWII the people wanted to bomb the concentration camps but the government didn't want to but seeing what the police officer got for shooting a person being used as a meat shield I can see what backlash could have come from bombing the camp even though it might have done well. I can also see what would have happened if the officer didn't shoot the terrorist because he had a gun as well and if the officer didn't shoot the criminal he would have got shot first and might have hurt more
