Introduction
My paper is to reflect on what I have learned from my class and my understanding of the Christians view. I will focus on three important factors for my paper. One of them is Did Jesus claim to be God? My second focus will be if a person is a Christian, does it matter how they live their life. Finally I will focus on what can the local church do to better communicate God’s love to your community.
Did Jesus Claim to be God?
Did Jesus claim to be God? According to what I have read no Jesus did not claim to be God, he clearly claimed to be the Messiah and Son of God. As for the Jews they had an understood that this meant Jesus was equating himself with God: "he

I believe that Christian should stands together in helping people; when they are trying to teach the gospel to others for them to believe, the reason why people usually misread what a Christian is trying to teach them is because they have not really understood the meaning of the message and most of the time we have some people who are Christian that does not know how to teach the words without judging people. As Matt 6:9 and Luke 11:2 stated as well, it said when teaching his disciples to pray, Jesus urged them to address God as their Father in Heaven. I believe that if people live by these scripture we will be able to teach people in our community and change their understanding about God and maybe bring closer to God then away from him.
Conclusion
My conclusion, as I took this class my understanding of Christians has being a good outlook for me, in the way that God wants us to live. As I have outline about Jesus did not claim to be God, but he did state that I am the Fathers and Son. And if a person is a Christian, does it matter how they live their life, yes it does because they are suppose to be God leader in order to help others come to God. The local church can communicate God’s love to the community by going out and taking time to help the community understand the meaning of God. claim to be god , but he did not say it in the clearest words words such as "I am god" but did we need him to say it that way, no we did not, that fact that Jesus refers to the father and him being one spells it out to us that he is say he is god." Again the high priest asked him, “Are you the Messiah, the Son of the Blessed One?” “I am,” said Jesus." Mark 14:60-64 this is from Jesus' trial where he is being cross examined by the high priest. This is the closest you can get to Jesus saying that he is god. Jesus and god had a very powerful relationship with god, sometimes claiming to be one with god and other times referring to god a father, or "Abba"…

An important element of Christianity was that the religion had a very accepting community, and taught people to be accepting, they accepted people of all ethnic backgrounds no matter who they were. A document that elaborates Christianity having an open community is document D. The Christian community was an inviting community, that aimed to dignify all members of society. Christianity promoted true equality and the notion of a true egalitarian society. As well as document D, document C supports the idea of true equality, and the religion being an inviting, and accepting community because it showed us that it accepted anyone, no matter who they were. Christianity advocated…

To define yourself as a Christian is to believe in God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and the text of the Holy Bible. Many believers think that this is all it takes to be welcomed into Heaven and enjoy the afterlife in peaceful bliss with their maker. Much of what has been learned in this class these past two months has given me the opportunity to explore Christianity beyond face value, as it should be explored. The true model Christian delves into the inner workings of the scripture…

Academic writing is a vital instrument for the proper thoughts expression which will provide the reader with a cohesive and balanced information. Taking ESL 273 has greatly improved my writing and organizing skills. Unfortunately, my strong sides, consisted of detailed examples and powerful grammar structure, weren't realized as much as they could or usually implemented. However, my weakest side, minor grammar errors, turned to opposite due to intensive practice. Additionally, I've learned plenty of new techniques in paraphrasing, cohesive writing, creating a well-developed introduction, body and conclusion paragraphs. I'm satisfied with my progress and knowledge I've received and define myself as completely prepared to move on the academic path to ESL 5.…

ENGL 202 was a tremendous experience for my second quarter at Humphrey's University. I feel that I have benefited from the knowledge gained from the course and learned vastly to working and analyzing not only my own writings but also with other writings. In the beginning of this course, we have learned how to specifically understand how a well-versed paper can be defined and what it is not. The first essay that we analyzed was based off a concerned parent to beauty pageants for children under 10 years of age. We first analyzed her topic and learned that while it is a concerning issue, her essay was no more than a simple rant that lacks research and specific data that would be relevant to her essay. From there we analyzed other topics that, while they were well-researched topics, they had specific “holes” in them that affected their credibility, such as a lack of authority towards the author or missing valuable research. One in particular was to an author that relied on emotion for being against the death penalty. These helped us to analyze essays better and to learn what not to do in a research assignment. This next element of…

The event that was being held was in the romita auditorium, in which they watched a documentary known as the 13th. I didn't attend the actual event but I did participate in watching it on netflix. The 13th is an american documentary by Ava Duvernay that was centered around race and the criminal justice system in the United States. This extraordinary and informative documentary completely changed my entire mindset. I always was confident that I was woke, in the sense that I was very aware about black issues and how african americans have been discriminated against and wrongfully convicted for hundreds of years. But actually watching this shed light on all the things I wasn't ever aware of. It's all in the title 13th, refers to the 13th…

Chapter 16 of our textbook for class, Teaching Elementary Physical Education: Strategies for the Classroom Teachers is called “Interdisciplinary Strategies for Physical Education”. I felt as though this particular chapter was very “to the point”, but that it was also packed with a lot of information that could be very useful in the classroom. This chapter was about just what the title suggests: ways that you could integrate physical education into everyday classroom activities and learning. I can definitely see myself using some of the stuff that I read about in this chapter in my future classroom.…

Have you ever wondered what type of life you should live as a Christian and what all you should do? Is this the right thing to do? Is this a common question that you ask? Do you have personal experiences that our wonderful Lord has been so wonderful in your life? Sharing them with others is a way that is I believe is one way that you can worship him. And something that I believe that my church as a whole can do better in general I know it’s hard to come out and say because you don’t like finding faults and saying them. But honestly when you come out and say them and tell them and things change for the better especially in your church and you are working for the Lord you can see changes every day.…

    Chapter 4 Reflection

I am not sure if this goes exactly with the reflection but here it goes. My niece Savannah has always wanted to be a doctor. She began by going to school in Joplin and got her Bachelor’s in Nursing and is now an RN. She moved back home and is now working at Rogers Mercy Hospital in the ER. She still wants to be a doctor but since the Joplin tornado and I am sure some other reservations she does not want to leave home and go to medical school so she has decided to settle for becoming a Nurse Practitioner where she will still have to travel at least 2 hours each day she has class but she still gets to stay at home. She will begin this fall. Our entire family has tried to encourage her to go on to medical school and that we can visit and she can visit and we would help her through. We then thought the boyfriend of two years was holding her back, but he was caught cheating and they have now split up, but her decision still stands firm she just does not want to go far from home. She has always entrusted me and come to me with all her problems when she needs to talk, I suppose because we are close in age. There have even been times I had to break that trust for her own good when she was younger, but she still comes to me. I myself keep trying to encourage her to go to medical school, but without actually sitting her down and knowing how to handle her issues with leaving home and the tornado I feel as if I am becoming just like everyone else and trying to push her when she is really looking for some help. How would you go about helping a client in this…
