A. Introduction

The focus of our research paper is to improve the quality of services of a specific company, on how they should manage their business in order to achieve success and exceed customer’s satisfaction. The company that we’ve chosen is the Dreamland Hotel and Resort that is located at Zabarte Road Camarin 177 Caloocan City, Metro Manila. We researchers are going to conduct and gather information about the said company. This research paper includes the problems that are present in the Dreamland Hotel and Resort and the solutions that we think may help the business to improve.

B. Problem Statement

Below are the problems that are present in Dreamland Hotel / Resort that we think needs to be improved: * The hotel / resort are lack of facilities and equipments like tables, chairs and other recreational equipments that a guest would want to have. * They are lack of employees; it’s only 1-2 people who are facilitating the whole resort / hotel. They don’t even have a life guard to secure guests safety. * Expensive rates for their entrance fee, cottages and other products are not worth it. * There are no street lights, signage’s going to the hotel / resort and so it is unsafe way, especially when night. * A small number of guests visiting the hotel / resort.

In order to improve the poor service of the Dreamland Hotel / Resort, we identify some problems about the daily service of the company for us to think on how they can meet and exceed customer’s expectation and to provide them quality service to satisfy needs. It’s only a small number of guests who’s visiting the establishment. The hotel / resort are lack of facilities and equipments like tables, chairs and other recreational equipments that a guest would want to have.
